Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Core hours 10:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Friday)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join our Projects and Operation Support Team. If you have advanced-level data skills and enjoy developing efficient processes from the ground up, then we want to hear from you.

As the Process Improvement Coordinator, you will add value to our team by working on process improvement projects that focus on improving operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with our AI Operations Analyst to spot ways to reduce workload across the business.

With the support of the Projects and Operational Support Manager and the Operational Insights Manager, you will work on projects that generate scalable processes to elevate our business operations.

You’ll feel comfortable analysing a variety of data sources, using SQL within Google Sheets and writing Apps Script to create fully-automated processes. You’ll have a keen interest in advancements in AI technology. You’ll have an innovative approach to projects you work on and spotting improvement opportunities will come naturally to you.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on small and large-scale projects and liaise with leaders and experts from across the business. You will spend your days reviewing and suggesting changes to processes, adding automations and using App Script to help leaders enhance their existing processes. You’ll also work with the AI Operations Analyst to research and implement and train team members on the use of AI in all areas of the business

Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

You will spend your day working on projects, such as:

  • KPI Project - Build an in-house process to enable leaders to review and change KPIs. The creation of an operationally efficient approval process and alignment to other People data processes already in use
  • Leaver Process - Review existing leaver process considering asset management, systems access and impact on Facilities and HR teams. Identify ways to improve operational efficiency, share insights and suggestions and implement changes to the process.

  • Further knowledge of App Script & SQL
  • How to maintain regular interaction and collaborative work with the Senior Leadership Team

  • Rachel Rodgers, Senior Operations Manager,
  • The AI Operations Analyst, Project Managers and the Operational Insights Manager
  • The Senior Leadership Team

Requirements

To succeed in the role, you will:

  • Have a strong analytical mindset and relentless attention to detail
  • Have the ability to see projects through from ideation to completion
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise to meet the needs of the business
  • Be comfortable working both independently and in a team

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Advanced level ability to use Google Sheets and other programmes in Google Workspace
  • Experienced and/or keen interest in learning App script & SQL
  • Experienced and/or keen interest in learning project management
  • Keen interest in AI technology.
