We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager, or Marketing Executive who wants to take the next step in their career, to join our Strategic Partnerships team at Twinkl Educational Publishing. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our marketing strategies to foster strong partnerships with educational organisations, institutions, and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through our strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to define marketing objectives and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our organisational goals.
  • Partnership Marketing Campaigns: Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that promote Twinkl's educational resources and services through our strategic partners. These campaigns should drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Brand Advocacy: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our strategic partners to ensure brand alignment and successful co-marketing efforts that benefit both parties.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, videos, and promotional materials, to support partnership initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis within the educational publishing landscape, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the success of marketing initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and support marketing efforts for events, conferences, and webinars in collaboration with partners, ensuring a seamless and impactful presence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Content, Design, and Product, to align marketing efforts and drive overall company growth.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget for strategic partnership activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to the management team on key marketing metrics and partnership campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful partnership marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of the education sector and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in event management and executing co-branded events with partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
